Are there any costs associated with the workshop?
No, the workshop is completely free, and we will never ask for your payment information.
How can I join the workshop?
If you have registered for a workshop, approximately one week prior to the workshop scheduled date you will receive a link to the Google Meet workshop in your email. Simply click on the link at the scheduled time to join the workshop.
What are the technical requirements for participating in the workshop?
You will need a stable internet connection and a quiet environment. We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer with a working camera and microphone for the best experience.
Do I need to download anything to use Google Meet?
No, Google Meet runs in your web browser, so you don’t need to download anything. However, for the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.
How do I ask questions during the workshop?
Please use the Q&A function: click on the Q&A button on the top right of your screen. Here, you can type your question and click “Submit”. The presenter will see your question and can respond during the Q&A session.
Will the workshop be recorded?
Yes, the workshop will be recorded for future reference and training purposes. By participating in this workshop, you consent to the recording.
How do I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
To receive a Certificate of Attendance, you must participate in the entire workshop and complete a feedback assessment form that will be provided at the end of the workshop. The certificates will be sent to your registered email address up to one week after the course. The feedback assessment form is a simple questionnaire that helps us understand your learning experience and how we can improve future workshops. It does not test your knowledge, but rather your experience and feedback on the workshop.
I couldn't attend the workshop, what should I do?
If you were unable to attend the workshop, please keep an eye on our website and your email for announcements about future editions of this workshop. We understand that circumstances can prevent you from attending, and we aim to offer this workshop periodically to accommodate as many interested participants as possible.
